Returns & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer rights.
For non-faulty items, eligible returns are offered as exchange or store credit only (no refunds for non-faulty items).
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging.
Personalised or custom-made items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with UK consumer law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
